CZ77 Terms and Conditions
for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and CZ77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CZ77 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By creating an account on CZ77, logging in, making a deposit, or using any game or betting feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the CZ77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CZ77.

2 Eligibility

To register and use CZ77, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CZ77 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing and using the platform voluntarily, for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary ban that would prohibit your use of the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

CZ77 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds in the account handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

CZ77 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using CZ77 is lawful in your location. If it is not lawful, you must not use the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of CZ77, including deposits, game play and withdrawals, you must register an account. The following rules apply to your account:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted a single CZ77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate information at registration, including your real full name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account verification: CZ77 may request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, address or payment method at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account login is considered your responsibility.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and contact details up to date. CZ77 uses your registered email for important account notifications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.

CZ77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on CZ77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfers in PKR
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals in PKR
• Raast — near-instant PKR bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's central payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers in PKR
• Cards — debit and credit card transactions in PKR
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet options

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your CZ77 wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within minutes. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods not registered in your name is not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. CZ77 processes withdrawal requests promptly, though final settlement timelines depend on the payment provider. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before processing.

Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.

Currency: CZ77 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All balances, bets and payouts are in PKR only. No currency conversion is applied by the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

CZ77 offers various promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and sports betting promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated per promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Minimum odds for sports bonuses: Sports betting bonuses may require bets to be placed at minimum odds to qualify for wagering. These are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated time limit. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• One bonus at a time: You may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits this.
• Bonus abuse: CZ77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting patterns, or other strategies designed to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Right to modify or withdraw: CZ77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform where possible.

Players are encouraged to review the specific terms attached to each promotion before claiming. If you are unsure about any bonus terms, contact CZ77 support before opting in.

6 Game Rules & Sports Betting

Slots and Casino Games: All slot and casino games available on CZ77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game studios. CZ77 does not modify game logic, RTP settings or outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as provided by the respective game studio and are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical fault — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error or game freeze — during an active game round, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to your wallet. CZ77's decision in such cases is final.

Sports Betting: Sports bets on CZ77 cover cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC events), football, Esports and other available markets. The following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — you will be notified if odds have changed and may choose to accept or decline the revised odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a cash-out option is offered and available for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the platform's stated timeframe, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules per sport are available within the sports betting section.
• CZ77 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that were published due to a technical or human error that are significantly out of line with the true market.
• Maximum winning limits per bet may apply and are displayed within the betting interface.

Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. CZ77 is not liable for bets not accepted during a suspension period due to technical issues or market management.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your CZ77 account. The following security obligations apply:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your CZ77 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform, such as two-factor authentication, when available.
• Contact CZ77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

CZ77 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

CZ77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials, unless it can be demonstrated that the breach was caused by a failure on CZ77's part.

8 User Conduct

By using CZ77, you agree to conduct yourself in an honest and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable laws.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime using the CZ77 platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing CZ77 staff or other users through any platform communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to CZ77 at any point.
• Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to access CZ77's back-end systems, databases or proprietary software.

CZ77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close accounts found to be in violation of these conduct rules, and to withhold any balance pending investigation where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.

9 Responsible Gaming

CZ77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy our platform as entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gaming habits. The following responsible gaming provisions are in place:

• Budget management: Set a PKR budget for each gaming session before you start and stick to it regardless of outcome. Never chase losses.
• Time management: Keep track of how long you spend on the platform. Take regular breaks and do not let gaming interfere with daily responsibilities, family time or work.
• Auto-spin loss limits: When using auto-spin on slot games, configure the loss limit and single-win stop settings available within the game interface.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion period via CZ77 support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Adults only: CZ77 is for players aged 18 and above only. If you are aware of a minor accessing the platform, please report this to our support team immediately.

CZ77 may, at its discretion, temporarily restrict or close an account if the platform identifies patterns of behaviour that suggest a player may be at risk of gambling-related harm. This is done in the interest of player welfare and is not a punitive measure.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

CZ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other form of financial misconduct.
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or responsible gaming referral from the account holder or an appropriate third party.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to standard verification checks.

You may request the closure of your own CZ77 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, CZ77 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decision to place bets or play games on the platform.
• Losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions or maintenance periods, except where such interruption directly caused an incomplete transaction.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any third-party payment processing delays or errors outside CZ77's direct control.

CZ77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or be free of technical errors.

12 Changes to These Terms

CZ77 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the CZ77 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
